Here is a great article by William Lane Craig (a great philosopher) dealing with the "New Atheism." Because several of us have been discussing the 'new atheism,' I thought it would be helpful to read what Craig has said on the subject. The article just appeared in this month's Christianity Today, but I have put the free link here. He gives a quick overview of some of the classical arguments for God’s existence and also explains the state that Christian philosophy is currently in. The arguments are presented in their SIMPLEST form (it is a popular-level magazine) so if you really want more info on them read his book or a book like his. I pray it will help all of us as we seek to defend the faith!
